Pierette, my friend
My k9 companion and best friend;
I can completely trust him till world’s end.
Partly human in mind and partly doggie,
Don’t be surprised, he’s easily scared by even a little froggie!
He listens to me patiently, occasionally tilting his head;
He’s my daily alarm, waking me up by jumping into bed!
Eye’s that twinkle with love and mischief,
He & me are most of the time engaged in lovable tiffs!
A tail that resembles a white feather;
He simply HAS to go for a walk.. even in th e most dampest of weather!
Full of life n bubbling with energy;
I lovingly call him “pieretty”!
A scaredy cat if I ever saw one;
He’s my parent’s adored son!
A package deal of fun n frolic;
He’s an attention seeker and every gathering’s topic!
